  • "I am so happy that my food delivery service told me about this organization! I have been with them for the past two years (all the seasons), and I have to say that this is one of the best ones in the Chicagoland area. I used to work with a CSA eight years ago, and this one matches that one that I was fortunate enough to have worked for. The produce is amazing- it never disappoints. It is always fresh, comes in a large quantity, and they usually provide you with these amazing recipes in their very informative and educational newsletter. The customer service is incredible and very reliable. It makes me very happy to see young people interested in providing the community with quality and nutritious food! These are some very impressive young people who are trying to make a difference in the city of Chicago! I highly recommend them and the service and product!"

  • "Since 2022, Chicago Event Management (CEM) has partnered with The Urban Canopy to make our running events more sustainable. From one of the world’s largest and most prominent marathons to a local charity driven fun run we produce, their team ensures that the organic waste generated from our events is responsibly diverted from the landfill. Their support is seamless, professional and reliable. Each spring, with the help of The Urban Canopy, CEM donates the finished compost from our events to community gardens in the neighborhoods our races touch - helping us close the loop and give back to the communities we impact. We value The Urban Canopy’s vision of creating a sustainable and equitable food system and the meaningful role they play in helping us lessen our environmental footprint.
